Can I create my own custom patch?
Yes. Upload your artwork, logo or idea and we’ll turn it into a professionally embroidered patch.
Do I need an Image/artwork?
No. You can upload a sketch, image, logo or even a written description. We’ll review it and advise on the best approach.
What file types can I upload?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI and most common image formats. If you’re unsure, send us what you have and we’ll let you know if it can be embroidered.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We offer both single patches and larger bulk orders.
Whether you need one patch or hundreds, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
What if I’m unsure before ordering?
Contact us and we’ll happily help you choose the right size, backing and design before placing your order.
What sizes are available?
Most patches are available in 3”, 4” and 5” sizes.
Custom patches can be made up to 8” depending on the design. If you need a larger size, contact us before ordering and we’ll advise on the best option.
Which backing should I choose?
- Sew-On is the most durable option and is recommended for clothing.
- Iron-On is quick and easy for jackets, bags and casual use.
- Velcro allows patches to be removed and swapped whenever you like.
What fabrics can patches be attached to?
Patches work well on hoodies, t-shirts, denim jackets, backpacks, caps, tote bags and many other fabric items.
Can patches be washed?
Yes. Sew-On patches are the most durable for repeated washing. Iron-On patches should be applied correctly for best results.
Can you make morale patches?
Yes. We create patches for collectors, clubs, businesses, events, uniforms, hobbies and everyday wear.
How long does production take?
Most orders are produced within a few working days. Custom orders may take slightly longer depending on complexity and approval requirements.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide and provide tracking where available.
